Guigang Steel's 2 * 108 ㎡ sintering flue gas desulfurization and denitrification project covers an area of 1400m2. After the sintering head flue gas electrostatic precipitator+limestone wet desulfurization+wet electrostatic precipitator system, new SCR system, GGH heat exchange system, ammonia water storage and supply system, flue gas heating system, online monitoring system, and electrical instrument control system will be built.

　　The project aims to transform environmental protection measures to ensure that the emission concentration of nitrogen oxides in the flue gas of the sintering machine head meets the requirements of the "Opinions on Promoting the Implementation of Ultra low Emissions in the Steel Industry" (Huanda Atmospheric [2019] No. 35). The total investment of the project is about 62 million yuan, all of which are environmental protection investments.　

　　At present, the sintering flue gas desulfurization and denitrification project has entered the stage of system operation and commissioning, and the stage test data has reached the expected values. The project adopts high-quality signal isolators supplied by Chongqing Langwei Instrument Co., Ltd. to provide effective guarantee for the stable operation of the system.
